I GOT A FERRET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the safari petshop and got a white 5 month old ferret... There was also 2 babies(8 weeks old) but I liked the older one better...no one wanted him because he's white. I find him very cute. His name is Charlie and he is just the CUTEST thing!!!!!!!!! I LOVE him SOOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those are some pics (more to come): |

Yes everyone... I finally broke down after 3 years to allow Romy a pet!
Romy really wants a dog but knows that it would be alone most of the day...
Her 2nd choice of a hedgehog just didn`t seem normal since you can`t really pet it...
My husband has secretly wanted a ferret ever since he saw one 8 yrs ago with Romy and that`s how I got ambushed!

Can't wait to meet Charlie! I have to warn you that Bosco HATES ferrets! Hates. Apparently a lot of dogs don't like the way they smell. Bosco is one of them. So it'll be interesting to see what he does the next time he's over at your place. P.S. I like the fact that you picked the one that no one wanted. Way to go Romy.

p.s. ferrets do smell a little musky... why did I give in? I guess all that whining for the last 3 years wore me out...
